Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Service Availability
reAPI is a proxy gateway that routes requests to third-party AI providers (such as DeepSeek). We do not control upstream provider availability, rate limits, or model behaviour. Service may be interrupted without notice due to upstream outages, maintenance, or provider policy changes. We make no uptime guarantees.
Prohibited Use
You may not use reAPI to generate, transmit, or store content that: (a) violates applicable law or regulation; (b) infringes third-party intellectual property rights; (c) constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats; (d) facilitates fraud, phishing, or malware distribution; (e) violates the terms of service of the upstream AI provider your requests are routed to. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.
Data Retention
reAPI logs request metadata only — model name, token counts, timestamps, and billing amounts. Prompt content, response content, and API keys are never stored. Metadata logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
Credits and Refunds
Hosted-mode balances are denominated in service credits, not currency. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits expire 12 months after the last top-up. Refunds are not available once credits have been partially consumed. If you have not used any credits, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Pricing and Cache Arbitrage Disclosure
reAPI charges a sell price per million tokens that may differ from the upstream provider's list price. When upstream providers offer cached-read discounts (reduced rates for repeated prompt prefixes), reAPI passes a portion of that saving to you while retaining a margin. This margin is how the service is funded. The effective per-token rate you are charged is shown in your activity log for every request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from use of this service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the PRC.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
